1. About us
This website (alvoure.com) is operated by Genergy Ltd (“Alvoure”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales, Company No. 12988228. Registered office: Union House, 111 New Union Street, Coventry, CV1 2NT, United Kingdom.
By using our website and services you agree to these Terms.

2. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You must not use the site for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

3. Products, pricing & currency
3.1 Prices may change at any time before you place an order.
3.2 Prices may appear in your local currency. When you check out, we may process the payment in the market currency you selected (e.g. GBP, USD, CAD, AUD). Any currency conversion is handled by our payment providers at their rates and fees.
3.3 Product images and colours are shown as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

4. Orders & acceptance
4.1 Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm receipt by email; acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation.
4.2 We may cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing mistakes, delivery restrictions). If payment has been taken, we’ll refund you in full.
4.3 We may contact you to verify identity, address, or payment details before shipping.

5. Delivery & risk
5.1 Delivery options, timings and charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
5.2 Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Title passes when we receive full payment.
5.3 If a parcel is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or refusal, we may deduct reshipment or return costs where applicable.

6. Returns & refunds
6.1 Our Returns & Refunds Policy (30 days) forms part of these Terms and explains eligibility, process and who pays return shipping.
6.2 Returns must be requested first at support@alvoure.com. If approved, you’ll receive instructions and the correct UK returns address. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
6.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Processing times depend on your bank/card issuer.

7. Promotions & gift cards
Promo codes are single-use unless stated, can’t be applied retroactively or combined, and may exclude certain products/periods. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the website (brands, logos, images, text, design) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use it without our written permission.

9. User content & reviews
By submitting reviews or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content. Don’t post unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

10. Third-party services
Payments and certain features are provided by third parties (e.g., Shopify Payments, carriers). Their terms may also apply. We don’t store full card details.

11. Prohibited activity
You must not: (a) break laws or third-party rights; (b) upload malware; (c) scrape or crawl the site; (d) misrepresent your identity; (e) attempt to bypass security or abuse promotions.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (i) loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (ii) indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Force majeure
We aren’t responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier issues, strikes, outages, extreme weather).

14. Sanctions & export
You may not purchase or use our products in violation of applicable sanctions or export control laws.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the website. Your continued use means you accept the changes.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in the UK/EU retain any mandatory local consumer rights.
